I have tried to fully understand the situation in Israel, Gaza and The West Bank, and to this end have researched the relevant history to the conflict. It is therefore beyond me that the Jewish people, who have suffered so much (including of course the Holocaust which saw total dispossession and the murder of millions of Jews) can perpetrate such suffering on the Palestinian people both now and for decades before. The Israeli government, backed strongly by the USA, are now intent on annexing both Gaza and The West Bank, a process which started decades ago. Israel’s recommencement of the war and its escalation must be stopped. Already over 3,000 Palestinians have been killed since the war re-started, while hostages, who should have been freed by now under the phase 2 peace accord, have to survive more Israeli missiles, bombs and bullets in captivity.

The USA and Trump can stop the genocide today. Why don’t they?
